“I’ve been a mom for five years and I am little shocked that I just now got the instruction manual on how to be a parent. So I’ve learned that I am doing a lot of things right but there are a lot of things that I can improve. For me the biggest thing is that I am distracted a lot,”

“As an administrator today I kind of solidified in my head the differences between discipline and consequences. Especially as a Assistant Principal, discipline is our job description, that’s what we do. So to really solidified that, I’m spending all of that time talking to the kids that are sent to the office, cause I’m trying to help them learn from their mistakes. It’s not a waste of time and that is what I should be doing. I’m so happy that Apricot Valley team and I are really excited about taking this back to school.”
